Search for an item and see which Danish waste category it should be sorted into. Try pizza box, coffee filter or battery.
Gas cylinder should be sorted as:

Hazardous waste
Pressurised gas cylinder
Farligt affald

Recycling centre
Larger bottle under the local scheme
Genbrugsplads
Gas cylinders and pressurised containers need special handling even when they appear empty. Use the local hazardous-waste scheme for a small cylinder if it is accepted there. Larger cylinders normally go back to the supplier or to a recycling centre as directed locally. Never put them in residual waste or the metal bin.
If your municipality does not collect this category at your home, you can do this.
Alternative: Recycling centre, hazardous-waste collection point or the municipality's collection box. Never place it in residual waste.
