Affaldsguide Danmark and Mit Affald are independent waste-sorting guides operated by Simple Web. Affaldsguide Danmark is the app, and Mit Affald is the website. Neither is operated, approved, sponsored or endorsed by a municipality, public authority or public waste company.
Sorting guidance
Search results, local rules and information about municipalities and recycling centres are provided as guidance. We work to keep the content accurate and up to date, but information may be incomplete, and municipal services may change.
When you choose a municipality or a local rule, the guide shows the information we have recorded for it. This does not guarantee that every arrangement for your home is covered. In the app, you can also search using a photo. A photo suggestion does not identify an item with certainty, so choose the result that fits.
If you are unsure, follow your municipality’s official guidance. This is especially important for hazardous waste, medicine, batteries and waste with special drop-off requirements.
External services
Links to municipalities, recycling centres and map services lead to services that we do not operate. Their information, availability, terms and privacy policies may differ from ours. Check current opening hours and drop-off rules with the municipality or recycling centre before you go.
Correction suggestions
You can suggest corrections to the sorting guidance. Share only information you have the right to provide, and do not include sensitive personal information in the comment field. We may use suggestions to investigate and improve the guide, but cannot promise to implement or respond to every suggestion. You can read about how information is handled in our privacy policy.
Responsibility and contact
The guide is intended as a practical aid and cannot replace official municipal instructions. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory law. If you have a question or have found an error, you can write to info@simplecode.dk.
