Pot lids should be sorted by material. Metal lids can often go with metal; glass lids should not go in glass packaging recycling.
If the category is not available locally
If your municipality does not collect this category at your home, you can do this.
Residual waste
There is no general substitute category. The municipality must provide a residual-waste scheme; contact it if you cannot access one.
Metal
Alternative: Municipal recycling centre, local collection point or shared collection station. Do not automatically use residual waste.
