Search for an item and see which Danish waste category it should be sorted into. Try pizza box, coffee filter or battery.
Dirty kitchen roll paper should be sorted as:

Food waste
If used only with food
Madaffald

Residual waste
If used for cleaning or with chemicals
Restaffald
Kitchen paper with food residue can go in food waste if it contains no cleaning products. Paper used for cleaning or with chemicals goes in residual waste.
If your municipality does not collect this category at your home, you can do this.
Alternative: Residual waste, but only if the municipality explicitly states that no food-waste scheme is available.
There is no general substitute category. The municipality must provide a residual-waste scheme; contact it if you cannot access one.
